We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

But in case, you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we would be happy to help you with size-related exchanges. Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns at the moment.


We provide detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its colour, fit, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display settings, colours, etc., there might be a slight colour difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange or return requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality, etc.













We only provide a refund if you received the wrong or damaged product.


If You Received A Defective Product From Our Side For Claim You Must Send a Pre-Opening Video (from all four sides and corners) Within 24 Hours If you are Not Able To Provide a Pre-opening Video of the Wrong Product/Parcel, We Can Not Pass Your Claim For Wrong Product.

 

However, If Due To Some Unforeseen Situation, You Require The Return or Exchange Of The Product Then The Following Terms Apply For A Mutually Consented Return.

  • If You Want To Return or Exchange A Product You Have To Mail it to our Official Mail ID ( customercare.sadlo@gmail.com ) Within 3 Days.
  • After 3 Days Customers Are Not Eligible For Any Type Of Exchange / Return.
  • In Case You Received A Wrong Or Defective Product From Our Side We Can Only Refund You
  • ( To be Eligible For a Refund Amount Customer Must Have a Pre-opening Video )
  • If You Received A Wrong Product From Our Side For Claim You Must Be Send a Pre-Opening Video Within A 24 Hours If You Are Not Able To Provide Pre-opening Video of Wrong Product/Parcel We Can Not Pass Your Claim For Wrong Product..! From The Day You Receiving The Package. We, Will, Validate Your Return/Exchange Request, Only After We Authorized It.
  • You Have To Agree To Our Return Policy Before You Purchases Any Product From Our Store.
  • Shipping And Cod Charges Are Non-refundable.

 

NOTE: We Are Currently Not Offering Any Type Of Reverse Pickup Service From Our Side. You Have To Courier the Parcel to our Warehouse Address.

 

  • Exchanges for size will only be done once per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be entertained.
  • Only Size Exchange will be in the same Product.
  • At any point of time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.   
  • The Product Should Have The Original Packaging And Tags In Place. Items without The Original Tags Will Not Be Accepted.
  • Sarees With Fall And Edging Would Not Be Accepted For Return.
  • Customized Products Cannot Be Returned.
  • Products Bought During Sale Are Non-refundable.
  • We Will Offer Only 1 Time Return.
  • If your exchange or refund request is approved by us you have to courier us a product that is unused, unwashed, unworn, and must be returned with all its packaging and tags within 24-48 hours and provide tracking information for the shipment. if you do not courier us the product in 24- 48 hours after your exchange or refund request is approved your return will not be accepted.
  • Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we dispatch the requested (new) size to you within 7-10 working days.
  • We Not Bare Returning Shipping Charge

  Cancellation of your order is only possible if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellation Of

 Pre-paid order We will deduct the cancellation charge As per the product amount.


My garment does not fit me. What can I do?


If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges, and alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to get a credit note to buy something else.


Why my exchange is not accepted?


We endeavour to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.


  • Exchange/Return is not accepted if the Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
  • Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
  • A 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and the camera lights please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
  • Purchase made from the SALE section is not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. The entire sale, discounted, brought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

 

 

Nagpur, Sangli , Dombivli, Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwad , Kothrud (Pune), Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. Shivlishop.com is not responsible for any octroi payments.
